How can I tell if a booking came through Morty?

Steps to see if Morty drove a sale to your venue.

In your booking system

If you check your booking system you can tell the booking originated from Morty:

Bookeo

Under the booking details you'll see "Created: by Morty (application)"

Resova

Under Payments if you see "Bank Transfer (External POS)" it's an indication this booking came from Morty.

Xola

Under Purchases you'll see a "Morty booking" tag indicating that the booking came from Morty.


On the Morty for Business dashboard

Head to the Bookings tab to see all Morty bookings.


In your email inbox

You'll get an email from Morty whenever an instant booking happens


Clickthroughs from Morty

You can look for utm_source=morty.app in Google Analytics to track visitors and conversions.

There are many places where Morty users can be referred, such as: venue pages, company pages, click to call, etc.
