How to request a refund for Morty Membership and the conditions under which they will be honored.

Generally, all charges for in-app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Upon cancellation your Morty Membership will be active through the remainder of your subscription period.

If you accidentally subscribed, suspect fraud, or have another reason why a refund is needed, please message the Morty team.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No longer wanting to subscribe is not in itself grounds for the issuance of a refund.

Steps

  1. Login to your Morty app

  2. Go to your profile

  3. Open the hamburger menu

  4. Tap Message the Morty team

  5. Send us a message of explanation
