FAQ's

Will people still book through my website?

Yes, Morty will not process any bookings. Interested users can tap through to your website and book there. There's zero risk of any booking issues.

Will they see time slots that are no longer available?

Morty refreshes your times frequently. In most cases users will see times that have been updated within a few minutes.

In the unlikely scenario they see a time slot that isn't available, your customers still won't be confused. Once they tap through to your website they'll see your remaining times.

What if they don't see our terms of service or understand our rules?

Users will book through your website, so they'll go through the same process of booking as all of your other customers.

What should I tell my staff?

There's no need to train your staff on anything at all. Though we certainly wouldn't complain if you ask them to help get the word out. 😍
