How can I increase my visibility and get more bookings on Morty?

You can show your availability on Morty, become part of the MortyPass loyalty program, and get more than double the bookings by becoming a Morty Partner.


Integration instructions

Follow the instructions below for your booking system:

Bookeo setup

To integrate Bookeo with Morty:

  1. Sign into your Bookeo account and click here to connect your Bookeo instance to Morty.

  2. Double-check your activities are set to Allow applications to view availability.

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Tour and activities

    3. [Each of your games]

    4. On the General tab scroll down and make sure the Applications checkbox is checked under Visibility
      ​

That's it! We will contact you via email within 48 hours and let you know how to complete the Morty Partner signup process.


Resova setup

To integrate Resova with Morty:

  1. Sign into your Resova account, select Integrations from the side menu, and go to Channel Management.

  2. Choose Morty, click Connect, and then enable the toggle switch and Save!

That's it! We will contact you via email within 48 hours and let you know how to complete the Morty Partner signup process.

🚨 Note that on occasion this activation process will fail to reach us. If you don't hear from us within 2 days of activating please contact us.

Having issues?

Here's one possible workaround that often succeeds for multi-location businesses.


Xola setup

To integrate Xola with Morty:

  1. Sign into your Xola account, select Apps from the side menu, and click on Morty.

  2. Click on Grant access.

  3. We will contact the Xola team to enable the app, afterwards you can...

  4. Head to Settings > Apps, find the Morty app, and click CONFIGURE.

  5. Choose All listings selected and click Save.

That's it! We will contact you via email within 48 hours and let you know how to complete the Morty Partner signup process.


Off the Couch setup

Our integration with Off the Couch uses a simple promo code method (you make a 100% off promo code for us and we use it to get the booking data into Off the Couch).

Here are the steps to connect Off the Couch with Morty:

1. Create a Morty Promo Code

  1. Go to Purchases β†’ Promo Codes

  2. Create a new promo code

    1. Promo code: [Morty team will provide you a unique code]

    2. Discount: 100% off per transaction

    3. Applicable to everything

    4. Unlimited quantity

    5. Can be combined with other promo codes

  3. Wherever possible we also recommend making sure your other promo codes are combineable to make sure they can be used on Morty.

2. Apply Tax/Fees After Promotions and Discounts

  1. Go to the Purchases β†’ Payment Settings menu item

  2. For every tax & fee select Apply after promotions and discounts

3. Configure Email Settings

  1. Go to the Emails and Messaging

  2. Click the Automated Emails menu item

  3. Click on the Email Templates tab

  4. Edit the Booking confirmation email template

  5. At the bottom of the screen toggle on Hide pricing information

  6. Click Save

(Optional) Enabling Purchase Source Tracking

  1. Go to Company Settings β†’ Group Settings β†’ Edit Group β†’ Integrations

  2. Enable purchase source tracking


FareHarbor setup

We will email the FareHarbor integration team ([email protected]) and CC you to get you integrated.

The only step you need to do on your end, is to Enable API Fee Payment:

  1. Log in to your FareHarbor Dashboard and select Settings in the top right of the blue bar.

  2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner. Then, click Bookings to expand the settings menu.

  3. Check the box for Allow API Bookings to be charged an API Fee.

  4. Click the green Save changes button to apply the update!

Will people still book through my website?

If you join the Morty Partner Program users will be able to instantly book your attractions on Morty. Some users may still click through directly to your website as well.

Will they see time slots that are no longer available?

Morty refreshes your times dynamically so they will see the most up to date availability.

What should I tell my staff?

Once we complete your the Partner signup process we'll send you materials to share! And if you want to tell your staff to help get the word out about Morty we certainly wouldn't complain. 😍
