A “Missed sale” is counted when a Morty user taps through to your website, but doesn’t mark the attraction “Done” on Morty in following weeks.

In other words, the user took steps towards booking your attraction but appears not to have completed it.

When does this happen?

This can indicate that the player showed heavy interest in your attraction but didn't end up booking.

Note that not every Morty user marks the attractions they've done, so a few of these may be users who did book, but don't generally log completion on Morty.

The same user won't be counted twice, if for instance they click through to your website Web and then later on iOS.

How to turn missed sales in actual sales

For partners with a supported booking system, Morty’s instant bookings integration is designed to minimize checkout dropoff by 35%.

Those with other booking systems can also join the Morty Partner program to get access to additional benefits, such as free advertising.
